[oplinwebkits] Now easily access the Client Resource site

We've made it much easier to get to the Client Resource site!  There is now
a direct link in your Webkit's administrative toolbar. Just click the blue
Drupal logo on the far left, and now a link will be in the drop-down list,
along with the direct link to the Webkit Manual.

What can you get from the Client Resource site?

   - Pre-made graphics for story blocks and sliders (that you can modify!)
   - Graphics for the statewide research databases and many common emedia
   resources, such as Hoopla and Overdrive
   - Direct links to OPLIN's Webkit video playlists
   - A link to the Module Market
