[oplinwebkits] Old accounts removal

Hello folks,

It's come to our attention that some Webkit sites have some
administrative accounts that have been inactive for some time. Usually,
this is a result of the person assigned to the account no longer working at
that library, or changing job duties.

As a security precaution, and to clean things up generally, we will begin
the process of disabling Webkit administrative accounts that have not been
logged into for at least a year, beginning next week.  **This does NOT
affect the "site_admin" account!** This is just a "heads up" that this is
happening, and does not require any action on your part.
