[oplinwebkits] Accessibility "cheat sheets"

Hello folks,

OPLIN continues to work to make Webkits as accessible as possible for those
with disabilities, but only your library can control the accessibility of
the *content* it creates for its Webkit. Web accessibility is required by
federal law

Web accessibility does not mean *only* those users with visual
disabilities. It also includes users with these types of disabilities:

   - Low vision
   - On the autism spectrum
   - Dyslexia, ADHD and other cognitive disorders
   - Physical or motor disabilities
   - Deaf or hard of hearing

To help you create better, more accessible content,and graphics we're
providing you with two "cheat sheets" that you can use and print out, if
you wish. By no means are these all-inclusive, but they can help your
library's content creators to be more accessibility-focused.

Don't forget that OPLIN is currently taking registrations for the "Quick
Fix" series

September; the first of which will give you some concrete actions you can
take to make your site more accessible as well.
