[oplinwebkits] Upcoming design tweaks

Hello all,

Over the next several months, I'll be working with each Webkit library to
revamp and modernize the "Recommended research database" block that appears
on the homepage of each site.

   - Instead of only spanning the width of the storyblock region, it will
   live just above the footer and span the full content region.
   - The layout of the content of this block will be slightly different; it
   will include a smaller image and a description of the database.
   - The background of the block will match your library's site colors, as
   to fit cleanly into your existing design.
   - I've attached a sample, so you can more easily envision what this
   might look like on your library's website.
   - This change will not be charged to your library (i.e., it's free!).
   Because not all sites have the exact same layouts for their content areas,
   some individualized tweaks may be required. We will do our best to
   rearrange existing elements without a need for any cost to the library*.
   In some rare cases, if a library wants very specific changes, OPLIN may be
   required to issue a cost estimate for the work.* For the vast majority
   of existing sites, this will generally not be an issue.
   - I will be reaching out to each of your libraries as its "turn" comes
   up. Due to the number of Webkits, this project will take time and it may be
   several months before you hear from me about this.
   - Thanks to the Webkit Focus Group, that gave OPLIN feedback on this
   change!
