*Why your library should seriously consider the move to a more modern
template (beyond the steep discount now):*

   - The new templates are significantly *more accessible*. Keep in mind
   that the Department of Justice requirements
   <https://www.ada.gov/resources/2024-03-08-web-rule/> go into effect in
   early 2026.
   - *While OPLIN has no current plans to discontinue support for legacy
   (older than 2024) templates, please keep in mind that design changes to
   these legacy (pre-2024) templates will no longer be available. In addition,
   some features of legacy templates may need to be discontinued in order to
   comply with the ADA accessibility requirements. *
   -  New templates have a *built-in sitemap*, which also makes your
   content more findable for search engines like Google.
   -  They also have a new function where you can* change the hours *without
   contacting OPLIN.
   - New templates also include *other functionalities* the old ones don't,
   such as an automatic search when someone tries to reach a page that is not
   there (404 error), cleaner status messages when you make changes, and the
   ability to reveal a password when logging in.
   - The ability to *natively import events* from WhoFi, Libcal, Communico
   or Library Market.
   - And, of course, *more modern designs* that are less dated-looking.

*We'll be keeping the cost of these at the promotional price point only
until December 31st. * After that, the cost will go up.* As long as we
receive your order prior to the end of the year, the promotional pricing
will apply.*

 Cost depends on which template a library chooses.

   - Conversion to Core or Hero templates: $360.00 (until December 31st;
   $540 after)
   - Conversion to Core Plus or Hero Plus templates: $500 (until December
   31st; $720 after)
