[oplinwebkits] Updated Editoria11y feature for all Webkits

Hello all,

Many of you may already have noticed that the Editoria11y icons (the
accessibility error or check marks that appear in the bottom right) have
slightly changed configuration. This feature has been updated to include
some easier ways to see any issues on your pages. If you don't see the
changed icons yet, you will in the very near future. I'm attaching an
updated Editoria11y guide here.

 Please pass it on to any other staff at your library that may be
responsible for managing your site's content.

*Also, keep your eyes open for an announcement about "Accessibility Office
Hours" coming in May! *I'll have a limited number of slots to work directly
with a library to help remediate remaining accessibility errors and to make
related recommendations.
