[oplinwebkits] WhoFi announcement

Last week, the State Library announced that it would be ending its
subscription to the WhoFi suite of products, including the Community
Calendar that over half of you use on your Webkit.

We will not require you to suddenly start paying for the calendar on your
website.

That said, I do need to explore what our options are. You're not made of
money, and neither are we.

We've put together a short survey <https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Z3SFTGV>
to collect your opinions about WhoFi Community Calendar (and the other
modules that come with it). If you're one of the 64 Webkit libraries that
use these WhoFi products, I'd appreciate your input.
