[oplinwebkits] WhoFi clarification

To Webkit libraries that use WhoFi calendar, please note that Community
Calendar, Spaces, and Question Sets will continue to be available until
June 30, 2026.

When the State Library ended their agreement with WhoFi, they decided to
end the WiFi Analytics subscription December 31, but continue the Calendar
and other utilities through the end of the fiscal year.

I am drafting an RFP to seek a calendar solution that OPLIN can provide
after June. If it's not WhoFi, it will be the best solution that OPLIN can
afford.
