[oplinwebkits] New Editoria11y full report feature is now installed to all Webkits

OPLIN is happy to announce that these installations are now complete!

It's an additional feature for the Editoria11y accessibility checker in
your library's Webkit. It allows you to see all of the content errors in
your site in one place, to help speed up your remediation efforts.

   -  I'm attaching the tip sheet so you'll be ready when the new feature
   is installed to your library's site.
   - If you don't see the new option, please let me know. This may
   especially be the case if your library has multiple accounts for
   administrators of different types.
   - If you have questions, please reach out to me *directly* at
   laura at oplin.ohio.gov.
