*The end date for WhoFi is now August 31st.*

If your library is still using WhoFi, it belongs to *one of two categories*:

   1. You're switching to LocalHop
   2. You're switching to a different event system vendor

*If your switchover is already complete OR your library is paying to stay
with WhoFi, you can ignore the rest of this email! Same for libraries using
other event system vendors such as LibCal, Library Market, etc. None of
this applies to you.*

*If you're in Category #1 (Switching to LocalHop)*

   - If you have not already received information from LocalHop about how
   to login to your library's account, you should receive it no later
than *Friday,
   August 14th*.
   - In the interim, be sure to watch the training videos:
   -

   - *Learning to Use Events Functionality*

      - *Room Reservations* <https://youtu.be/65BXDH3AvUQ>

   Additionally, LocalHop created a few *short task-oriented videos*
   <https://support.getlocalhop.com/localhop_kb/oplin-libraries> and posted
   them on LocalHop's Support Site.
   - You will need to enter at least 7-10 events in your library's LocalHop
   account in order for us to do the switchover. We'll also need the RSS URL
   and calendar widget embed code (mentioned in previous emails) *ASAP*.
   - We also need to know ASAP if you plan to use the room reservation
   component (this is separate and the library must cover the cost). If you
   are, we also need to know which tier. This is also an *ASAP* thing!

*If you're in Category #2 (Switching to a different event vendor)*

   - *The WhoFi end date still applies to you! *If your site is not already
   switched to a new vendor, then the "Upcoming Events" block will cease to
   function after the WhoFi end date.
   - If your library plans to switch to a different vendor than WhoFi, I
   need to know that *ASAP!*
