[oplinwebkits] A new version of Editoria11y: Important notes

Hello all,

We are currently in the process of installing an updated version of
Editoria11y (the ADA error checker).  This is simply an update and will not
have any significant changes visible in the interface.

*What does this mean to me, Laura?!?*

   1. *The newer version will catch new errors you may not have seen
   before. *It's important to note that these are *not* new errors, but
   error types that Editoria11y wasn't looking for previously.
   2. *This also means that your central Editoria11y report may have new
   items. *Even if your content was 100% compliant before the update, new
   warnings may have appeared.

*Possible FAQs*

   - *Laura, why are you making our lives difficult? 😡  *I'm not, honest!
   But, when we don't fix accessibility errors, we *are* making things
   difficult for our patrons with disabilities. A more powerful version of
   Editoria11y continues to help us to prevent future issues.
   - *I don't know how to fix these. Help!!*  Registration is open

   April's office hours. Please look at the April dates at the bottom.)
   Failing that, please reach out to me individually and I'll see how I can
   help.
   - *Ok, fine. How do I know if we have the new Editoria11y yet?* Because
   there's no real change in the interface, there's no quick way to know. Keep
   an eye on your central Editoria11y report! I will announce when all of the
   updates are done.
