[oplinwebkits] Replacing WhoFi on Webkit Sites

Thanks to everyone who attended the webinar and asked your questions. The
recording is processing (takes a while) and we'll post to our YouTube
channel when it's ready (and send the link here).

I mentioned in the webinar that we've created a form for libraries to
indicate their preferences for moving forward: stay with WhoFi at your own
expense, migrate to LocalHop early or late in the process, or some other
option that I haven't thought of. We're also asking if your library wants
to purchase LocalHop's Room Reservation system separately as OPLIN is only
providing the calendar/event piece.
