[oplinwebkits] Replacing WhoFi on Webkit Sites

I'm hearing that the State Library has put out a message saying WhoFi
coverage ends June 30. That is correct but inexact: WhoFi Calendar coverage
has been extended through the summer for OPLIN Webkit Users.

I have already sent LocalHop configuration information for those of you who
indicated you wanted an "earlier" migration to LocalHop, and we will be
soon reaching out about training opportunities. The general implementation
plan is that your accounts will be set up on LocalHop, training will be
provided, and you can indicate to us when you'd like us to switch your
sites from the WhoFi calendar over to LocalHop.
