[Seo-circ] Self-Registered Users Expiration Date

For the libraries using the self-register feature in Enterprise:

SEO staff has extended the expiration date for all self-registered users to 9/30/2020. The extension applies to any user who registered prior to today and after. These users will be able to continue using the Ohio Digital Library and OPLIN databases.
