[Seo-circ] Transit Lists for STAT Claims

Greetings,

The SEO Team has compiled a list for each library system of items that are in transit between 7/1/2021 and 4/30/2022 (the term of STAT Courier's contract).

Before updating the State Library of Ohio's claim sheet<https://library.ohio.gov/documents/stat-claims-spreadsheet/> with these missing items, it is imperative to do a shelf check to ensure accuracy. If any of the items are found, check them in and route them to the appropriate location. The transit lists can be found on our website at https://servingeveryohioan.org/transit-list/. When updating the State Library's claim sheet, be sure not to claim items that did not go into the statewide delivery system (e.g. local delivery items).

If your library system is not listed on the transit list page, then there are no items in transit between 7/1/2021 and 4/30/2022.

We are still waiting for further instructions from the State Library on the final claim process.
