Please clarify: do the new claims we need to fill out include the items from the in-transit list?
Additionally, we checked items out to our missing user if they were in transit a long time, so there are more items lost in transit than appear on the list SEO generated. Should these items be included in the in-transit claim we submit to STAT?

The SEO team created a list of items that were in transit for each location to do a final shelf check for STAT Courier. If your location has not completed a shelf check, lists can be found at https://servingeveryohioan.org/transit-list/.

If you have completed a shelf check, please submit your finalized claim spreadsheet<https://library.ohio.gov/documents/stat-claims-spreadsheet/> to Julia Ward - jward at library.ohio.gov<mailto:jward at library.ohio.gov>.

Please be sure to submit a claim through the STAT Courier Claim Form<https://stat-courier.com/claims/> - https://stat-courier.com/claims/ - for any lost or damaged claims that you have not yet submitted.
