[Seo-circ] Shelf-reading Tracking/Recording Ideas

Hi all,

I am revamping how we track and maintain shelf-reading for the circulation staff and am looking for ideas.
Does anyone keep a shelf-reading log or assign certain sections to staff? How do you keep track of shelf-reading without using an excessive amount of paper?
Feel free to share any templates or ideas you've used in the past.
