[Seo-circ] Display Holds Update

Hello all:

This email is a follow-up to the recent update shared with library directors regarding a change to the SEO Principles of Cooperation. This change will officially go into effect today, Monday, September 29, 2025.

DISPLAY HOLDS
Holds for display accounts will now be filled after patron requests are filled.

Note: Your own items will still fill your library's display account holds before becoming available to other libraries. As a reminder, please refrain from placing holds on new, seasonal, or popular items from other libraries for display purposes.
