[SEO-PatronPoint] Access Patron Point for Library Communications

Hello everyone,

This message is a reminder that your SEO membership includes access to the Patron Point marketing platform.

Patron Point enables you to send various email communications to your patrons, such as:

  *   Library announcements
  *   Newsletters
  *   Account expiration notices
  *   Birthday and anniversary greetings

To utilize the platform directly, we ask that participating staff complete a training session with an SEO Team Member. You can schedule training at https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/SEOPatronPointDemonstrations@ohiodas.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/

However, we understand you might have an urgent announcement. If you need to send an announcement before completing training, please email the following details to support at servingeveryohioan.org<mailto:support at servingeveryohioan.org>:

  *   The announcement content (as a Word or PDF attachment).
  *   The desired subject line for the email.
  *   A reply-to email address (where patron replies should be directed).
  *   The target audience (Examples: all patrons, adult patrons only, patrons aged 13-17).
  *   When (date & time or ASAP) to send the message.


Our team can then send the announcement on your behalf. We will send a proof before sending.
