[SEO-PatronPoint] Patron Point updates

Hello All,

Patron Point response to 403 error in Patron Point.


We want to let you know that we're aware of the recently disclosed PHP security vulnerabilities<https://www.ncsc.gov.uk/news/critical-security-issue-affecting-php> and are actively patching our systems. Because PHP underpins our platform, this work covers all Springshare products, including LibGuides, LibCal, LibAnswers, Patron Point, and the rest of the suite.
Patron Point users: Until the fix is applied, as a precaution, we have suspended web access to the application while the developers work on patching the platform. Any background jobs, like queued-up emails and campaigns, will be paused during this time. Web forms and landing pages will not work during this time. We should be fully patched within the next couple of hours.
