To all member staff who process serials/magazines:

The process for duplicating control records and creating magazine call numbers has changed for 2021. Most of you have been adding 2021 magazines correctly but there are still some libraries adding them the old way. Please review the attached documents.

We need the magazine call numbers to be uniform and consistent. This allows your patrons to effectively place issue specific holds in the online catalog.
