[SEO-Updates] Information Change for removing blocks on SMS TEXT messages

Oplin recently made a change to the way patrons remove a block from their SMS TEXT messages

Previous instruction were to (Have the patron text "HELP" to 877-675-4632 to remove a block)

That has been changed

To remove a block now:  Have the patron text UNSTOP  to 877-675-4632 to remove a block on SMS TEXT messages

All directors should be receiving a weekly list of SMS users

The Oplin provided report details which users text messages went through ok and which ones did not go through successfully

If you do not receive this list, please send Oplin a note with the email address that needs to be on file
