[SEO-Updates] New Support Site is Live

The SEO team is happy to announce that the new support desk site is now live at http://support.servingeveryohioan.org.

With the move to FreshDesk, it has become necessary that library staff members create an account in order to submit tickets and view our full knowledge base articles. The registration process is streamlined, and instructions are attached to this e-mail. We encourage staff to begin registering for accounts today.

You may see a security error on the site, but it is safe to proceed to the support desk site. FreshDesk has been made aware of this issue. It should be resolved today or tomorrow at the latest.
