Good Morning SEO Members,
We are experiencing the same indexing issue as yesterday with locked records as the core indexing process did not complete successfully. As a result, BLUEcloud Analytic data may also be inaccurate and not up to date.
We are in communication with SirsiDynix and will update everyone via the listserv once this have been resolved.

Greetings SEO Members,
We are currently experiencing an indexing problem in Symphony WorkFlows where certain titles cannot be accessed, checked out, and/or searched. You may receive such errors as
* Hat wrapper error
* Heading keys need to be indexed first
* Bibliographic record is locked for text update
SirsiDynix is aware of this indexing issue and is currently working on re-indexing these titles. We will notify everyone via the listserv once the problem has been corrected.
