[SEO-Updates] Updated Location Names for Licking County Library Locations

The Licking County Library has updated location names.

The new names are:
LBR: LCL 24-Hour Kiosk COTC Pataskala Campus
LLP: LCL 24-Hour Kiosk Legacy Park Hanover
LBO: LCL Bookmobile
LUT: LCL Utica Hervey Memorial
LMI: LCL West Newark Emerson R Miller
LMD: LCL West Newark Emerson R Miller DriveUp
LMB: LCL Johnstown Mary E Babcock
LHE: LCL Hebron
LBU: LCL Buckeye Lake
LNE: LCL Downtown Newark
LDU: LCL Downtown Newark DriveUp

The SEO Library Codes and Delivery<http://members.servingeveryohioan.org/system-codes-delivery/> page and Statewide Delivery<https://sds-labels.library.ohio.gov/> labels have been updated to reflect the new names. Please destroy any old labels and replace them with the new labels.

Please note, nothing has changed with the delivery exceptions OR the libraries 3-letter codes.  Items for the following locations should still be sent to LNE - LCL Downtown Newark:
LBO: LCL Bookmobile
LBR: LCL 24-Hour Kiosk COTC Pataskala Campus
LDU: LCL Downtown Newark DriveUp
LLP: LCL 24 Hour Kiosk Legacy Park Hanover
