The indexing process ran successfully last night and the related issues that were experienced yesterday should be cleared up.  If you have any errors, please let us know.

BLUEcloud Analytics also backed up successfully.

Thanks to everyone who reported issues yesterday afternoon.  This was very helpful in identifying the locked records and getting those fixed.

Greetings SEO Members,

We are currently experiencing an indexing problem in Symphony WorkFlows where certain titles did not get indexed due to a maintenance procedure that halted the process.  BLUEcloud Analytics was not fully indexed as a result and reports will not include yesterday's data.

We are currently re-running the indexing process and will notify everyone once it is complete.
