[SEO-Updates] Sip Information Access Change

The SEO Consortia will implement enhanced security measures for SIP information access on Monday, November 6th.

Access to SIP lookup information will now be restricted to our new IP address, 66.213.1.8, or through the Oplin Mask service.

This change will have an impact on various systems, including self-check stations, pc reservation systems, envisionware systems, print systems, Cassie, My PC, Libki, Hoopla, Freegal, Freading, Comic Plus, and Creative Bug.
