[SEO-Updates] Internet affected Services

We have been made aware of some services on the web that are degraded when accessing them from the Oplin network

Oplin is monitoring the situation

This degradation does not seem to affect those outside of the Oplin network

2 Services that have been affected by this issue:

Accessing sites on the SEO servingeveryohioan.org  website -  This includes forms on the site

Accessing email on the ionos.com website - This would affect those using email at seolibraries.org
