[SEO-Updates] SEO Important Announcement - SEO Libraries App Update

Greetings SEO Members,

We are pleased to announce an update to the SEO Libraries App. SEO is currently evaluating each of the available updates and plans to implement the following new features immediately:


  *   Filter Holds and Checkouts Display: Patrons can now filter the holds and checkouts display by physical or digital within the app, providing more control and customization over their library experience. Note: You will see a "Physical" and "Digital" option in holds and checkouts.

  *   Biometric Account Lock: The app now supports biometric account lock, allowing patrons to enhance the security of their accounts using biometric authentication methods such as fingerprint or face recognition depending on the device.  To enable this feature, go to My Account --> Preferences --> and toggle Biometric Lock to "on".

  *   Cancellation Confirmation Check: A new confirmation check has been added for cancelling multiple holds, enhancing patron experience, and preventing accidental cancellations.

SEO will enable these features starting today and if any app template holders would like to "opt-out" of the "Biometric Lock" feature, please create a ticket with us.
