[SEO-Updates] SEO Service Center closure on Monday, October 13th, for Columbus Day

The SEO Service Center will be closed on Monday, October 13, 2025, in observance of Columbus Day. The system will remain available for normal use.

  *   If you experience issues accessing the system, please call SEO to reach the on-call manager.
  *   For non-emergency inquiries, you may submit a ticket through the SEO Support System at https://support.servingeveryohioan.org or email support at servingeveryohioan.org<mailto:support at servingeveryohioan.org>.

Regular staff support will resume on Tuesday, October 14th, at 8:00 a.m.
