[SEO-Updates] Yesterdays Outage of Workflows

[dwinland at library.ohio.gov]

This is an update regarding the Workflows disconnection the consortia experienced yesterday.

The issue was caused by a disruption at a major internet backbone provider, which resulted in traffic being dropped at approximately 12:15 PM.

This was not related to the SirsiDynix database, Sirsi's internal network, or SEO's VPN infrastructure.

The brief outage, lasting several minutes, impacted libraries across Massachusetts, New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.

We wanted to share this information to keep the consortia informed.
