[SEO-Updates] SEO Service Center closure on Monday, January 19th for Martin Luther King Jr. Day

The SEO Service Center will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The system will remain available for normal use.

  *   If you experience issues accessing the system, please call SEO to reach the on-call manager.
  *   For non-emergency inquiries, you may submit a ticket through the SEO Support System at https://support.servingeveryohioan.org or email support at servingeveryohioan.org<mailto:support at servingeveryohioan.org>.

Regular staff support will resume on Tuesday, January 20th, at 8:00 a.m.
