Please share with me your policies and/or practices for compensating =
employees for unused sick leave upon retirement or exit from employment. =
We are facing two employees leaving due to retirement and resignation =
with substantial amounts of unused sick leave. Is there a percentage or =
formula that is traditionally used to "pay" them for not utilizing this =
benefit while they were employed? Thank you in advance for your help. =
