As part of our Strategic Plan, MCLS is evaluating the distribution of =
General or Directional Information in our libraries. Currently, general =
or directional information is answered by any associate that is stopped =
or at any public service desk.

* Do you use an information desk in a central area?
* Do you have an information kiosk or something similar?
* Do you use maps of you library and surrounding area with patrons?
* Any other creative ways you might address this issue.
