[OPLINLIST] Patron Searching For Children's Book

Hello OPLINLISTers, 

I have a patron who is searching for a children's book that I cannot 
identify. The book revolves around a child whose "word balloons" in the 
illustrations contain pictures instead of words. The patron believes that 
the book is from the 1970s, and thought the title was something along the 
lines of "The Child Who Spoke Pictures." We did find a book called "The 
Child Who Spoke Colors," but that was not the correct book. 

Does anyone know the book we are looking for? I would appreciate any help.
