[OPLINLIST] E-Rate Workshops

There seems to be a bit of confusion concerning the registration for the
up-coming E-rate workshops that will be sponsored by the State Library.
Workshop registrants should register for TWO workshops.  The first workshop
will be a one-day session and will take place in October.  The second
workshop will last a half-day and will take place in November/December.  The
reason for this is that there is a mandatory 28-day waiting period after
filing the Form 470.  The second workshop will help you fill out Form 471
after you have received service provider feedback on your Form 470.
