Conflict, No Problem! Workshop

Learn some new ideas and attitudes you can use to deal with conflict with
patrons, students, even your fellow employees (and supervisor).

If you don't like to be yelled at, you'll love this workshop! Soothing the
stresses of your internal and external conflicts begins with knowing your
boundaries and
knowing what to say ... and when to say it. This presentation includes the
one, most magical question that you can ask anyone during a conflict that
will stop his or her disturbing behavior quickly! Imagine that!
