The Paulding County Carnegie Library is sad to announce the sudden death =
this week of Sam Mullins, 18 year member of the Board of Trustees. Sam =
was instrumental in library development in Paulding County, spearheading =
the opening of three branches, installation of an elevator, remodeling =
and procurement of state-of-the art automation and computer services for =
this rural library system. A lifetime library user, Sam remembered =
fondly his visits to a bookmobile in his childhood. He was local =
operation manager for Alltel, Ohio. Funeral arrangements are pending. =
Please keep his family and friends in your prayers.
