OVAL's CHILDREN'S BOOK LOOK

When/Where: Friday June 04, 2004; 9:30 A.M.  to  3:30 P.M. @ OVAL

Presented by: Sue McCleaf Nespeca, Kidlit Plus Consulting, Youngstown, Ohio

Costs: Free to OVAL/MOLO/SOLO members; $25.00 per person for non-OVAL
members

***Excess books will be given away at the end of the workshop!***
***Following the book talk will be several hours of time to review the
books.***

--All staff of academic, public, school and special libraries and anyone
else interested in this subject are invited to come to OVAL and participate
in this workshop!

--If you are responsible for recommending or purchasing children's and young
adult books, then you won't want to miss this opportunity to preview over
500 children and young adult new books! This preview will help you make wise
decisions about ordering books with a limited book fund. Though reading
reviews are helpful, seeing the books in hand is a great benefit. Sue
McCleaf Nespeca, President of Kid Lit Plus, will present a book talk
beginning at 9:30 a.m. and lasting for about 1 1/2 hours. A booklet with
ordering information for all books will be provided.
