What's New on NetWellness- April 4, 2005

April's Feature: Minority Health Awareness Month

April is National Minority Health Month. Minorities suffer from various
chronic diseases at higher rates than the population as a whole. Raising
awareness of these health disparities and understanding how these diseases
can be prevented or delayed and promoting a healthier lifestyle can have a
direct impact on your health. Not sure where to start? Let NetWellness help.
Our experts can provide information on where to start and are always
available to respond to your questions.

Department of the Month - Family Medicine

The Department of Family Medicine at Case Western Reserve University and
University Hospitals of Cleveland has been successful in meeting and
expanding on multiple missions of teaching, research, clinical care and

The Case Department of Family Medicine is involved in all levels of medical
