Has anyone had any experience with independent auditing? How is it vs =
State auditors? I received a letter requiring an independent audit this=
period and am unsure what to expect. What's the feeling on the time fr=
ame as compared to the State and are they easier/tougher than the State? =
What types of things do independent auditors look for?
