Hello all:
Am curious to hear if any libraries have sponsored a balloon launch. =
One of my branches is hoping to have one at the finale of their SRP. =
They'd put the child's name, library address and favorite book with a =
request for the person finding the balloon to respond with their =
favorite book. Other then environmental concerns, do you have any tips =
and or advice? =20
