[OPLINLIST] CD-ROMs shattering in high speed drives

I think somebody needs to contact the show "Mythbusters".  They determined 
last season that "CDs shattering in the CD-ROM drive" was a myth.  Leave it 
to us Librarians to prove them wrong.
