The ohio.gov core backbone is again experiencing an ATM 
switch failure. This results in loss of
connectivity to OPLIN customers.

Immediate action has been taken to resolve the issue. 
However, this will require nearly all of the Ohio 
public libraries to go down for a while this evening.
