[OPLINLIST] Outreach

Hi,
My name is Katy and one of my responsibilities is Outreach.  I was wondering
if any of you would be willing to share some of your guidelines in
establishing who you consider Homebound.  Do you ever refuse anyone?  Our
lists of patrons is growing and it has become almost too much too handle.
