      Speaker(s)

*Betsy Ross*, President of Game Day Communications, has over 20 years 
experience as a sports and news anchor. Before anchoring SportsCenter 
and ESPN News, Ross worked at NBC News Channel and Cincinnati's NBC 
affiliate, WLWT-TV. Currently she is the voice for the Cincinnati 
Bengals Stadium, play-by-play anchor for ESPN, and a sports reporter for 
Cincinnati's FOX 19 and Bengals Weekly.

Ross is active in the community serving on the boards of the Wellness 
Community, Special Olympics, March of Dimes and the Ronald McDonald 
House. She also teaches at Xavier University.

*Jackie Reau*, Chief Operating Officer, has over a decade of experience 
in marketing and public relations management. Reau served as director of 
marketing and public relations at the Cincinnati Art Museum and has 
earned stories in the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA 
Today. Prior to the museum, Reau was a public relations counselor at The 
Christ and Deaconess Hospitals in Cincinnati.

Reau serves on the boards of Enjoy the Arts, Dress for Success and the 
National Arts Marketing Project-Cincinnati. She is a member of Public 
Relations Society of America and Ohio University National Alumni Board.


      Description

Manage the Media is a back-to-the-basics primer on how the media works, 
how you can control your message, and developing the relationships that 
will help you get your story to your audience. Segments include building 
a media list, writing a news release, performing in front of a camera 
and using 'non-traditional' media to get the word out.
