[OPLINLIST] Change to OPLIN Support Center hours

Effective immediately, the OPLIN Support Center will be available to
assist you with any OPLIN-related question from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday
through Friday. Vince Riley and Bobbi Galvin, the Support Center staff,
can be reached in a variety of ways:

After-hours calls concerning network outages will be handled by the State
Network Operations Center, which can be reached at 1-800-644-0701. If you
call the OPLIN Support Center after regular business hours, a recording
will also give you an option to connect to that number or leave a message.
