[OPLINLIST] Public Computer Classes

I am looking for information on the procedures of other libraries regarding signups for Public Computer classes.  We get overloaded with requests during the first day of signups, even while limiting the first day to residents of the community.  How often do you release a new computer class schedule?  When do you allow signups for your classes?  How do you give your residents the opportunity to sign up(walk ins only, phone, web?)  Any information would be helpful.
