[OPLINLIST] what do you do with.....

Hi everyone!
   I was wondering if you would share your library policy regarding what 
is done with _withdrawn_ memorial or endowment books. We place a plaque 
inside the book with the name of the person being memorialized, and who 
gave the book. So do you:  

    *     Try to locate a family member to give the book to?
    *     Do you put it in book sale, after cutting out the plaque?

   Any ideas or input will be greatly appreciated!
