Director of Library

The Mary Lou Johnson –Hardin County District Library in Kenton, Ohio 
seeks a Director.

Qualifications:

4-Year Bachelor’s Degree required, prefer ALA-accredited MLS.
Library experience & computer skills
Able to organize & schedule people and tasks
Strong, professional leadership and problem solving skills.
Enthusiastic, positive, self-motivated personality to work with staff, 
patron and the community.

Responsibilities:

Day-to-day operations of the District library
Oversees a staff of twenty
Responsible for selection of books and other library materials
Serves in advisory capacity to Board of Trustees.
